Seeking Sustenance in Cardiff Bay.
Magic Wrap
A fine November day and we showed some visitors around Cardiff Bay so after walking down to the barrage and back we were pretty peckish. There was just enough time to pop into Magic Wrap for some lunch before our parking ticket expired. I had a tasty BBQ fajita wrap with BBQ chicken, chili cheddar, roasted peppers, onions with tomato salsa added on a humus base with lettuce, carrot and red onion on a wholemeal wrap.
The Packet
We caught the train to Cogan and walked back to Cardiff through Penarth Marina and along the barrage. Had an interesting talk from one of the engineers at the barrage and then looked at the new Flat Holm radio sculpture. We visited The Packet in Cardiff Bay to quench our thirst. The Rev James was very quaffable.
